The Washington coast and Ruby Beach

Ruby Beach was so very fabulous!

The Haystacks jutting up out of the ocean are a sight to see.

 
We set up a picnic spot (in the opposite direction that everyone else was going) that would give us a views of the rock formations and beach (the "perfect spot" thanks to Joey and Chaz).

Veggie hotdogs and corn on the cob cooked in a fire on a beautiful beach turns quickly into a magical moment.

Then more beach exploration and a climb.

Then "mrshmelose" (we all have our own best way to cook and eat them) for desert!

Thanks Joey (for inviting us to come along). What a perfect way to send off your boy on his continuing adventure through life.
